Price inventory
Request a valuation of the user's Steam inventory. Authenticate the user and obtain consent; partnerSteamId must match the account in tradeUrl.

/v1/deposits/quotesAuthenticate with client credentials. All amounts are integer USD cents.

A pending quote has no items or expiry. Poll the quote no more than once every five seconds, with backoff, and honor Retry-After.
Examples use illustrative IDs and dates. Use the current quote returned for your user, not these example values.
