Integration rules

availableBalance is an integer string in USD cents: "125000" means USD 1,250.00. It is the balance of the authenticated API client, not a Steam user's wallet.

Responses can be cached for 30 seconds. Pending deposits are not spendable; recognize deposit credit from its verified settlement and wallet transaction reference.
