Withdrawal errors

Handle unavailable items, price changes and insufficient balance.

Failure code	Recovery
item_unavailable	Refresh the catalog and let the user select an available item.
price_changed	Read the latest catalog price and obtain acceptance before submitting a new order.
insufficient_funds	Check the client's available balance. Pending deposits do not fund withdrawals.
cancelled	The order could not complete. Read the final order state and refund information.

Order lookup returns failure: null when there is no failure, otherwise a code and message. Transport failures are separate from order outcomes.
